Roasted Garlic

It’s like my Frank’s Red Hot… I put this shit on everything. Eat it on bread like a pate, mix it into hummus and other dips, or mix it into pasta. You can pop them out and eat them like candy if you so desire. Seriously it’s so versatile. It’s so easy. You will love this and thank me.

Roasted Garlic:

1 head of garlic

Olive Oil (Like the 80’s told you, listen to your heart)

  1. Preheat your oven to 400F.

  2. Peel of most of the papery skins off of the garlic until you get to the bottom layer. This can stay on.

  3. Trim off the top of the garlic head.

  4. Place the clove on foil, drizzle in olive oil, and fold up the foil, wrapping the garlic clove.

  5. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour. Enjoy!
